Rainbow's Architecture
by GIULIO57
I took this photo after this place opened to public. It’s a big hard-discount and that day hazy light depicted nice shapes and colours onto this building. In special way the central cloud (between rectangular frame) attracted my eyes: almost a diagonal to please Pythagoras’ Theorem. Camera PENTAX LX on monopod and PENTAX Zoom lens 40-80 mm set at about 60 mm. F 11. Shutter Speed: 1/125 sec. Kodak Elite Chrome ExtraColour 100 ASA slide set at 125 ASA to increase saturation. Scanner EPSON 3200 Perfection. Place: close to Perugia-Italy. Date: August 2008. PS Colours’ range of this compo suggested me the idea of a rainbow so I used it for title.

I like the geometric nature of this shot together with the strong colours. As always your eye has spotted the unusual!
