All done in LR5, corrected exposure and lifted the shadows slightly.
Set the overall clarity to -9.
Added selective clarity, sharpening, saturation and exposure to eyes then selective softening of face with -clarity.

So you didn't use flash fill? There are small highlights in the eyes which add to the overall charm of the study!

I did use fill flash, with rogue flash bender.
