Thank you Jim and Maria. I enjoyed the parrots very much!
Their colours are quite remarkable. Unfortunately I was on a guided visit so time was limited. There was so much to see and next time I'll take the tripod and won't be rushed.
The birds are in a vast open aviary and are quite used to the public walking in amongst them. They seem to enjoy being photographed

Superb shot, may be a little better perhaps if you just cropped his foot out of the shot? Personal maybe? Otherwise a NICE one.....
