West Country Pacific loco 34007 "Wadebridge" now preserved on the Mid Hants Railway, has steam to spare as she waits at Alresford station to depart with a Saturday night Real Ale Train. Judicious use of geed flash lifted the dark shadows at the frontof the loco

Superb shot. Reminds me of the series of photos taken by O. Winston Link of 1950s American steam trains before they were phased out. Many of his were in mono. Would like to see this in mono as well!!
