Beautiful capture Maria, especially when viewed large - i agree with Trixie about the vintage feel to it - suits the subject and very well. - mary.

Beautiful shot, Maria. Like an old faded Polaroid (I mean that in a good way!)
Best wishes,
Andrew

A pleasant capture. Nice atmosphere. He needs to sleep....(In Italy we are used to say: "Arrivano i Pisani"...mirror translation "Peoples from the town of Pisa are arriving...". There is an historic reason in saying that. In the middle age Florence and Pisa were enemies...and army from Pisa were used to attack when night was coming and normal peoples go to sleep...From this fact we say "that Pisani are arriving to mean night is coming...Sorry for my poem.

I like Giulio's incidental tender poetry, ..
As for the pic, it's a first class one. No doubt the spontaneity of the scene is a cracker. Furthermore it's lit and framed with skill. I like much this

Thank you Giulio for the kind words and the translation of the meaning of "Arrivano i Pisani" a lot of these old sayings even here in Britain have great meanings behind them, thank god we can sleep soundly in our beds at night now and have no worries of war in these times.
