K1 with a wide open Helios 44M. The 44M7 is a lot sharper but it only has a 6 blade iris whereas this one has 8.

You are very kind with what you say Flan. As to having the time for maintaining a U tube channel ....? If I have encouraged just one or two people to buy an old lens off e bay and have a play with it then I have succeeded.

I honestly say this, I appreciate this so much, as many others do also, I am sure.
Youtube channel beckons for your knowledge , thats a little tongue in cheek from me, but you eek the best out of these older lenses and are never afraid to share your results from the more unknown very older optics that exited.
