Lesser Spotted, if I'm not mistaken, and a fine specimen, too. Taken in the open or from a hide? Either way, it's an impressively sharp and beautifully framed (cropped?) shot.
Perhaps it's time your 'handle' was changed to reflect the fact that you must have 'graduated with honours' some time ago!

Thank you for the comments my friends,it was taken down in Co Durham while out for a forrage,just happened to spot it,had to wait until it came into "range"...My handle must stick as I am at that stage with so many photographic techniques!
