Fantastic forest scene with a lovely recession of tones through the misty woods. The path provides a powerful bonus to the composition.

This one I really like. The dash of colour adds something.

It's an image that draws me in.

I recognise this path! The darkness is offset by the subtle brightness from the back and top of the image - like it!

Ooooer!
Is there a gerneral feeling of GLOOM amongst us?!
I feel, like in your shot of last week, that there are shadowy figures lurking in the background....
turn back while you can!!

Where's Gollum!!

Great atmosphere....
and that's two POTWs on the trot...
in fact, congratulations are in order, as well, for two POTWs back to back!!
Never be afraid to talk about your techniques...

the same camera, lens and scene...
and you'll always get a thousand different takes!!"

Well I don't know about that, I just like gloomy weather. Just discovered this POTW thing, so thanks for that.
