You had your Metering Mode set to "spot" which has given you an underexposed picture. Never the less there is a good picture lurking in there with clear reflections of the buildings in the water and you can see the arches under the bridge and what lies beyond. if you have the software you can easily open out the shadows.

Thanks for the comment Bob, I will have a play about with this in CS6 although my "improvements" usually have the opposite effect
