This wonderful building has probably gone by now. I added the "relection" as the demolition site foreground was not very attractive.

I find it hard seeing buildings like this left to fall down, or be demolished ...

Original approach to a non destructive way of managing with old houses. PS Nice trick and good photo. You lowered opacity of reflected layer to give a more natural look at it. Bravo.
