Taken yesterday, very windy on the tops above Addingham, West Yorkshire. Another horse was being fed a carrot and this one was very timid, no wonder as it was clear the other one was the boss and a bit of a nasty piece of work! This timid one came forward for a mint eventually and posed very nicely for the camera. Quite like the softness of b/w for this image.

Wonderful composition, works extremely well as B&W.

Cheers,

I gladly welcome C & C's. Being foggy minded they really help me learn.

You have a great eye for composition, thought the same with your Highland cattle.

I love it. The composition is great and the wind in his hair and the distant tree bend over (in the wind?) really take you there. Well done.

Just how hard would this photograph be to replicate? Try impossible.

A very fine image (not a nag lover, either)

Well done!

Thanks again - it was a split second moment. I'm not particularly into horses, but this one was so gentle and timid, it made for a really engaging moment to capture.
