i have to hold my hands up here and admit this was a bit of a acident i was about to take the picture when i thought it had flown off but it didnt taken with my sigma 150-500mm lens hand held

If it was an accident it was a good one Brian - you have caught this bird in such a rare moment. It's so hard to capture them when they are just about to fly - I've never managed one this good.

Nice and interesting shot. As David said it's an unusual capture. I like the blurred wings, lovely effect.
