Roger: can you tell me what lens you used? Any TC or flash? I would give my right arm to get that degree of sharpness and clarity. My Pentax- M 50mm Macro can deliver it, but I doubt I could get close enough to use it, so I'm thinking you used a long lens.

Thanks for the info Coker. I don't own a Sigma lens but I used to, long ago. Maybe it's time to look at purchasing one again. As I said, it delivered great detail.
