It looks OK in the sharpness department to me, maybe not razor-sharp, but no issues.
If you tend to struggle with sharpness have you tried using a decent monopod or tripod for more of your shots? The only variable would then be focussing skill and not camera movement.

It doesn't look sharp to me, no part of the flower is in sharp focus. As David suggests try a monopod or tripod and manual focus on the centre of the flower, you could also experiment with different Apertures to allow more or less of the flower to be in focus. Don't get me wrong though it is a good effort for handheld

I have a different opinion. The monopod/tripod isn't the best to take macro shots. I saw that you used 1/180 sec shutter speed. Because of it I think your problem isn't a move-in situation. It rather seems to out-of-focus effect for me. You can use slower shutter speed and narrower aperture. You can go down safely to 1/45 with this lens. The DOF range havily depends on the subject distance and you should use narrower aperture for the macro shots.

No, I'm not yet, but you are a kind mate. Thanks a lot for your opinion regarding my shots.
I'm looking forward with interest for your newer macro shots.
