No Andrew ! No, no a thousand times no! It would ruin the composition and compromise the "story" element. I took several shots and edged around a bit to get kids, mum and dad and the pushchair in just the "right" positions...Love it, but would really, really, really love it with the pushchair cloned out!

On reflection I think you have got this absolutely spot on and the lack of the pushchair would make the shot look set-up.
