Duck and Duchess

British steam power was never better than this. An A4 - Mallard -and a Duchess Class - Duchess of Hamilton - side by side at the National Rail Museum, York. They were the epitomy of speed, power and fine examples of 1930s Art Deco industrial styling.

amazing machines perfectly captured - a bleached version might also work (background brighter and very desaturated and machines saturated with high contrast) - I also like the shining surface of these machines

You have well captured the photo of these beautiful locomotives. It would be great to see a streamlined King from the same era. The Duchess obviously influenced the iconic design of the Deltic prototype.
