Went back a few times to view and re-view this exciting image. Black, white and grays are tack clear and sharp - I can hear the water splash- works from all compass points- produced and executed with a pro touch - Thanks, Tg

I'm not generally into effects filters and mucking images about but I certainly make an exception for this one. It works very well indeed.

Fabulous shot, perfectly executed and perfectly processed too. It catches the eye immediately in the thumbnail view and rewards even more when viewed at full size.

Excellent photo, you can feel the power of the water. Light composition and shutter speed bang on. Bravo.

Thanks very much for your interest Malc. It got a much better reception here than at the club. Judge liked it (but not enough!), gave it 8.5 and thought it should be cropped on the right. I posted it on the club blog and 2 people commented - one didn't like it and the other quite liked it. Another member later said they loved it. I'm pleased with it and really encouraged by the comments here. Struggling a bit with the club though! Thanks again.
Kind regards, Yvonne

Only just come across this - nothing much wrong with this IMO. The suggested crop of RHS I feel is very subjective as it works well as is, and you have processed it nicely!
