Man. exposure & focus.

I don't like 'dead' but this is one way we can all get a good look at one of these things that normally zip around too fast to catch their detail. I'll post a pic of one actually using that strange tongue to help our understanding.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Agree with your points, David, about "dead".

But when this presented itself, well preserved albeit a tad dusty(!), it seemed rude not to take the opportunity to record some detail of the creature....
