I'm not sure what this was used for, maybe a shelter for the animals as it's not very big.

...In Italy, many ya, a few shepards used such shelters to hid "peoples"under kidnapping!!!! Different uses different worlds...I'm not joking...In 70s it was very difficult for rich peoples to live or travel through an important island in Italy (i prefer not to write else...)...Read newspapers of those years. If families didn't pay for "reward" these kidnapped peoples "disappeared" eaten by pigs!!!! No evidences No guilty!!! This is History...About photo: Nice atmosphere..Try to upload it on www.1x.com....Weekly theme is DECAY. Your capture well fits to it.

The sombre tones lend themselves to this, Maria - a very different shot from you !

Rather a grim description from Giulio !

Horrific story Giulio, i remember vaguely the story of John Paul Getty but i have had to look up the rest, terrible crimes committed, especially where the children were involved, mans inhumanity to man!
Thank you for you kind comment on my picture and i have had a look at the site, some fabulous pictures on there a bit out of my league but always worth a try

This is such a great story and photo too from you Maria, I remember shelters too like these on the Lancashire moors, hid in them a few times whilst out riding on the bikes, if the rain came, which it usually did.

I think you should enter it in the comp too. Its very good indeed

Best wishes to you trixie
