Come Into My Parlour

Inside the Yellow Tulip. Getting this was a lot more difficult and not so pleasing a result as the very first image that I uploaded to this site; 'BeeEyeView', a red version, 29 May 2009. The problem with the yellow is that it is so insipid, difficult to capture the texture of the petals and the stigma lacks colour detail. I eventually held a piece of black card just in front of but just above the lens to absorb some of the reflected light but it didn't improve results to my detection!
