I think this bustles with character. Their faces, the activity and their focus on it, draw you into the moment. The conversion gives it a timeless feel helped by the figure's clothing on the right. Really enjoyable, reminds me of a painting in some art gallery that I can't remember...

An excellent environmental portrait. The tonemapping has accentuated the man/machine element and the oily environment.
