I shot this scene last October but was never really happy with the Photomatix Essentials tone-mapped version - far too painterly for my taste. Following discussion in the Forum I have now upgraded to PM Pro, which offers far more options. I decided to go back and re-work this one to get a more natural finish, which I think I have achieved.
Bredestraat is in the city of Maastricht.

It's too painterly or not but I love it. The lights and the details are amazing.
