K10 with 50-200 Schneider-Kreuznach
A very important picture for me, not because if its photographic merits, but because it's the first shot I've taken for six weeks. I can hold a DSLR to my face again after breaking my arm.

Thanks everyone for your comments and best wishes. It'll be a long job until the elbow's even nearly right again but I seem to be able to do things a bit better each day and the physiotherapist is encouraging. Badminton next...maybe.

Thanks Cliff, yes, it is a great lens. People tend to be very "sniffy" about them but I think it's pretty much the same as a Pentax kit lens!

Sorry to hear about the broken arm Andrew. I broke my leg skiing last year and know how inconvenient it all is. This is a fascinating composition, like your daffodils in the spring. If you did a calendar they could go at either end, nearly.
