Very striking image, reminds me of the Pixar opening sequence to a Disney film with all the little birds on the telegraph wire. Nice one.

A really unusual image and very effective. Could I ask, have you coloured the central aphid or was it already this colour? Also, have you changed the background?

The aphids are all their original colour. I have not changed the background.
