A quiet afternoon in Cornwall

by PeterKR

A surprisingly quiet street in Cawsand (just a shame about the TV aerials !)

or leave it as is, they are what they are and these do not intrude so much.

I seem to remember you posting this way back in Jan or Feb, but this version is much stronger. Was the earlier one B&W, or am I mistaken? (Note: I usually start off my day being mistaken on a number of things ). As for clone/no clone, "de gustibus...." Like.

I did think about this but decided it was better to leave this as the true image of what I saw.

Thanks again

No this is not the same image but the similarities are manifold so you are forgiven for the confusion :-
1. The previous one was taken in Sandwich, Kent which is also an old English seaside town.
2. This one is of Cawsand, Cornwall, which also has lots of old narrow streets.
3. Both towns are on the English Channel
4. The PoV is similar in both images
5. They are both the kind of shot which I like taking
I think that's quite enough !

Many thanks again for the comments
Best regards
Peter

To clone or not? My first reaction was: 'That'll easily clone out' but then I thought it looked like an old fashioned chimney sweep's brush popping out of the chimney stack so leave it in. It balances nicely with the old style street lamp on the other side of the road.
