Thank you friends for the nice comments. He was automatically influenced from me for photography and the choice of Pentax of course. I'd put the question on the forum before buying the camera and was persuaded to buy a K7 instead of K20D. Now I see better that it was the right choice. We bought it from Adorama for 1050 dollars, whith the kit lense, which is quite reasonable. However we had to pay some customs tax. He is very happy for the choice and I intend to buy K7 for a second body for myself in future. Not as handy as K20D, but has some extra features that I like.
