Not the sort of thing we expect to see from you Ian! Certainly cute but a pity there were waves present.

Ian, I love this because of the sharp but soft and pure, if these are the right words, focus on the seagulls in contrast to the background, which thanks to the blur add more to the compo with those whites of the waves. Beautiful!

First of all, it's quite better enlarged. Furthermore, gulls successfully isolated from blue/white background. Remarkable sharpness and color rendering. Given circumstences, I think f8 was the best choice.
