"Go play in the snow, child trees".

Snow Tree Mother and her two Children. One of the negs that had the damp get in to a whole roll and left me with about four salvageables.

Great shot, I would prefer without the frame, it doesn't need it.

The "frame" is in fact the negative holder on the enlarger. This is a scan of a print. I filed the negative metal housing on my old Wetzler Leitz enlarger down a tad to create a unique confirmation that this is one of my photographic prints. The omission of the frame would have required a crop whilst in the darkroom. I never crop if I can help it. What you see is what you get. I use film, no digital, and prefer basic techniques. I had the same ethic/philosophy with my pottery Celtic travellers and they were recognised straight away.

Hi david,
No need for apologies. We all have different styles and I've learned a lot from all of the group here on Pentax User. I like that you called it a great shot. Gives me confidence. Cheers .
Thankyou Maria for your comment too.

I like art and this fits into that category IMHO
