I love this, and would suggest one little thing which IMHO, would make it spectacular:

Can you clone out that spec of rock/island/ship between the left mainland and the island?

I can't keep my eye from concentrating on it and wondering what it is. Thus I miss the beauty of a beautiful shot.

This was shot on the Scilly Isles where rock out crops and small islands are all over the place, just a holiday snap but your thoughts are interesting - cheers

Why clone it out? It's part of the landscape so I would leave it in Sean! If we are all aiming to make fine art prints for sale in posh galleries (maybe you are Sean) then yes, clone it out, but for a shot that records the landscape the photographer finds him or herself within, don't tamper with it!

This is just my personal opinion and I like the shot as it is.

Indeed, boat buoys are pretty much the extent of any cloning I'm prepared to do, however it is interesting to get any insight into what others 'eyes' are doing
