He looks like an older version of my photography lecturer back in 1990.
Very good shot and yes and what looks like a bloodied rabbits ear does spoil the shot. It should easily clone out though.
I wonder what it would look like in B&W and blacken out the background.

I was considering cloning this red-white thing out but it is the stop sign which the man was holding in his hand. This is the reason why I finally decided leave it in frame. Thank you for visit nd comments.
