I like this...I see;
Arthur Conan Doyle's "The Lost World" situated in a huge volcanic crater which is enveloped in a nuclear explosion...all of which is observed by a Russian helicopter flying at high altitude.
Oh well...plenty of time to delve into these things now. I keep meaning to experiment with multi-exposures...maybe i'll find the time over the next few weeks.

Frightfully apocalyptic! On the other hand, the explosion has a red center - is this therefore an 'own goal' ?
