It took me about 5 minutes to get mine off my K7! (Unbelievably bad design!) Threw it away immediately and replaced it with one from an old ME Super...much better!
I can't understand how they expect you to screw that thing in!!!!!

Maybe.....but I'd rather have one that's not weather sealed which I can use, than a weather sealed one which is unusable

Nope...I spent so long trying to get it back onto the socket it went straight in the bin!
Yes, I've just seen the price!!!!! It surely costs more in postage than the cost of manufacture!
I wonder how many they sell for that price??

Hope all your seasonal activities went according to plan and that you all have a happy snappy new year.
Now I need some help I've lost the screw cap off the x sync socket on my K5. Does anyone know where I can get one from. it doesn't seem a very good idea, it should be attached to the body somehow.
