WTD Graduated grey filter for Cokin P series

Hi,

I'm looking for a graduated grey filter to use on my Cokin P holder.
Preferably dark grey (ND4), but light is ok too.
I'm looking for something comparable in quality to Kood (or better).
Pricewise, it should beat £8.90 delivered to London (which is what I'd pay for this).
I'm also looking for a cheap 72mm adapter ring, and maybe a wide-angle specific Cokin P-type filter holder (like BPW-700).
Regarding the latter, I wonder if I could just cut down to size a chinese Cokin holder knock-off by leaving only one slot, anyone know if that would be an adequate substitute?
