Have decided to sell my DA 21mm/35mm/40mm/70mm LTD and FA 20mm/28mm/35mm/50mm lenses and go for the 3 FA LTD primes so looking for the full set. Must be black, made in Japan, boxed with pouch/caps and most importantly in mint condition.

What you got?

Drop me line when you decide to sell the FA20mm.... I nearly bought a 77mm Ltd yesterday in Hong Kong, £539 new, I'm already wishing I had bought it...Still, I'm coming back here in 10 days so if the other half can be talked round I'll get it then.

Closing this for the moment ... blew the combined prices of a new 31mm/43mm/77mm plus a fair bit more on a Pentax lens yesterday so I'm totally, completely, 100% skint.

Not quite sure how the wife is going to react when it arrives ... not like I can hide it anywhere.

Nothing like staying commited to an objective, in this case you chose one over three.

You have the will power of a thirsty camel sir.

Have I missed something? What have you bought instead?

Whilst I am sure that the decision to concentrate on the proper Limiteds is a good one, they do lack a real wide-angle (31mm is almost normal on digital), and 77mm is at the bottom of the telephoto range.

So I assume that if you have kept your original objective in mind, you will have gone for the 250-600 (nothing else other than the 560mm would have blown your budget so comprehensively, and the 560 is too limiting).

That means you need something at the wide end (as you are selling your 20 and 21). In my view, the 12-24 is the perfect solution here, and you would then have a very flexible line up of great quality.

Good luck!
