We went for a walk around Claife Heights today, first chance to test out the K3 for landscapes.

A cracking set Steve, the 40Ltd looks a fine lens for the K3 and landscape.
Cheers
Brian.

Terrific set. Great advert for the K3 for landscapes.

All excellent with great side lighting bringing out rich colours and contrast. A beautiful place beautifully recorded.

Thanks for the positive feedback, I'm lucky really I only live 1/2hr drive from these sort of views, I should do more landscapes really.
I'll make it my new years resolution.

Wonderful light giving great warmth to those images. I'd definitely be doing more landscapes if I lived there!

Brilliant Steve, your end of the Lakes is looking better and better, I have competition!
Seriously, lovely light (Our worst kept Cumbrian secret for this time of year eh?)
Beautiful location, which I have never been to by the way!
Perfect composition, really thoughtfully done with lead ins but still giving the eye room to take it all in.
Cheers Jules...

Great clarity in these Steve, the K3 is an excellent tool for landscape photography. Which lens was used for these shots?

40mm Ltd for #1 & #3 and 70mm Ltd for #2

#1 is cropped to panorama and #3 is two photos stitched.
