Yes there are third party tools to hack into the system, but these are not supported by MS plus have questionable legal ramifications as you could just as easily clear the password from a stolen/borrowed PC.
Of course, I could wonder if you registered at this forum simply to promote this software.

Google is quite straight forward to use..
