When stuck with something like that, I use two hard metal wires about the size of the holes. When inserted in the holes, using a lever (screwdriver?) between the wires while holding the top of the wires together, I can generally unscrew them. You must not apply too much torque on the lever, otherwise the screw head can be damaged, making it even harder to remove it (most screws are made of rather sort metal).

THANKS 450 . I HAD MY SON FROM CANADA CALL IN WHO IS A TOP GRADE AUTO MECHANIC ,AND FINALLY MANAGE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH HEAT AND SHOCK . I THOUGHT IT MAY OF HAD SOME THREAD LOCK SO PLACE MY SOLDER IRON ON IT TO UN LOCK IT THEN USED A SHORTENED SCREW DRIVER INTO ONE HOLES THE CORRECT SIZE AND TAPPED IT WITH A HAMMER AND BINGO IT UNSCREWED ,I WAS AMAZED .
