There will probably be a price difference, but my vote goes for the Pentax lens every time. In terms of quality, compatibility, ergonomics....

I'm often one who'd recommend the Sigma lens in these cases however there are two reasons why personally I'd go for the Pentax lens in this case:
1) There isn't a huge price difference (£600 for the Pentax, perhaps £550 for the Sigma)
2) I suspect it'll be significantly easier to actually locate a Pentax lens
As for others - Tamron do list a 14mm F2.8 in Pentax fit (it's on the warehouse express site) but as it's £750 I can't see why you'd go for it instead of the Pentax option.

I am wondering which lens to choose...
Bottom line is I need a wide angle with a large aperture 2.8 minimum, which one to choose from Pentax's 14mm or Sigma's 14mm?
Are there others?
Relatively new to Pentax..I have no clue!
Thanks
