Gorgeous little birds.

Being newly arrived, and hence totally 'cream-crackered', would account for them remaining still long enough for you photograph them

Will they be spending the next 14 day in isolation chez vous?

Very impressed, great shots. I saw one last year on the cliff tops at Hunstanton but hadn't got the camera with me so had to make do with a quick phone photo purely for id purposes.

The second you get a camera out, these hop into the nearest hedge. Well done for capturing such nice, clear pictures. All we need now is a recording of their song.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
