And I thought going on a bike meant you would be cycling! I was so impressed.

We'll be there Saturday and Sunday this time, but I doubt the weather is going to be as great as in these images.

Ah well, fingers crossed! It can't be as bad as the April visit we had a couple of years back. Torrential rain all day, but our spirits remained high!
Best regards, John

The weather forecast has changed already. Both days improved slightly. Probably end up with sun stroke!

I'd be happy to meet up - the cafe in picture 1 seems like a good place! Any idea what a good time would be?
Best regards, John

A meet up would be good. The Whistlestop in pic one is part of Whitby Rail station. The normal (past) meeting places have been at;
Marie Antoinette's

or at the bottom of the 199 steps. So it just needs a decision from those attending as to which location. Normal meeting times have been around 10am.
The weather is ideal for Alan with cloud about and even less rain. Also good you mentioned portraits, I'll probably take a camera.

I'll be there Sat & Sun so just the location and time to agree.

Had a cuppa and egg bap at the Whistlestop Cafe.
Then after seeing Karls images of the Swale at Richmond I was inspired.
A great day weather wise for being out on the bike.
Best regards
