Nice one Sophia. Quite a few of us from this Forum where there at Whitby. If we'd known you then we could have met up.

Hmmm, must have been taken on the Sunday looking at that sky, its a pity about the thing/guy: on the right closing his eyes, or is it deliberate I wonder
Its not easy taking stuff like this when your experienced let alone being a newbie so well done, come and join the PU "Mob" in March and get some good tips.

Haha unfortunately I only had a few seconds to take this shot because the streets were really busy and there were people wanting to get by and other photographers wanting a photo so the only decent shot I had taken was with the guys eyes closed . I will try blurring the background a little more and see how that turns out, thanks

Yes, sadly the background means this is really just a snap or a grab shot. From what I've seen on this site, the goths are fairly exhibitionist by nature and don't mind being dragged into a doorway (preferably of Early English design) and posed to make a much better shot. But sometimes you just have to take what you can get!
Best wishes,
Andrew

Ah the joys of the Goth Festival, I'm sure there are more Togs than Goths
