Which flash trigger

I got the Yongnuo CTR-301P and it works OK with all my Hot Shoe flashes and it has a large jack plug that works with my old Bowens Monolites but I did have to change the wavelength thing on it .
Been a member of Pentax Club since the Ron Spillman era! Got COMPUTERISED at last - DIGITISED?
