Basically any flash that is Pentax fit will do. Obviously there are some with more features and power than others, but as for working with the GX10 all Pentax fit will.
But I am sure someone will soon come along and give you a more indepth help with some more details and will give you a better understanding about what to get for your purposes.
It would be a good idea to give a brief detail of what you are looking to use the flash for. Is it for just general purpose or anything in particular?
