Which 85mm would be as good (or better) than this?

Lenses are better than bodies so why sell it?
Best regards
Minolta manual focus lenses won't fit on a Sony. Minolta adopted a whole new mount when they went from manual focus to autofocus in the 80s, and it's really difficult to get the old manual focus Minoltas onto autofocus Minolta and Sony bodies.Err- buy a decent Sony body and keep the lens.

The only way any DSLR can take the old Rokkors while focusing to infinity involves a mount swap, with a possible infinity adjustment, or shaving bits of the lens too. It's an effort, but a few of the Rokkors are worth the effort, e.g. any of the 85mm lenses, and especially the 58/1.2, which I'd prefer even over a 50/1.2 Pentax-A.
Anyway, back to the OP, I reckon the Samyang was a good move. Hope you have fun with it!

All of the Pentax 85mm lenses are very good. If you really want thin depth of field then the A*85/1.4 or the FA*85/1.4 would be excellent but very expensive.
