I seem to have lost the KLUNK I had when I turned my K10D on. When I switch this K-7 on I get nothing at all even though I have sensor cleaning on at startup.

I miss my KLUNK

You'll be complaining about the improved screen resolution next...
If you can't say something nice about Pentax, you won't say anything at all.

Apparently.

Or it will be "I can't see the battery door in dim light without the red tape".

He's gonna ask for a special filter next that puts the marks back on the photos that are missing!

My K-m buzzes when switched on, but has never simply gone "KLUNK". I'm not worried as it did that when I first set the sensor cleaning option in July 2009 and it doesn't appear to have changed in tone or duration.

It's quite good for scaring compact owners when they turn the camera on and it shudders in their hands!

If you listen very carefully you can here a slight high pitched whine as the dust removal does it's thing... a bit like a flash charging only subtler... very gucci

K10 and I know the answer to this question.

It's in your fuel tank.

What I want to know is, are you selling the K10D and red tape accessory as a package or will you consider splitting them?
