He was always a very active member here and was even promoted to be a member of the PU team. Yet his current status reads:-

Daniel Bridge
Status: Pentax User Team

Real Name: Daniel Bridge

Is he still an active member of the team?

Daniel is very much preoccupied with his new offspring at the moment, and also some other committments, so hasn't been able to participate recently. He is still a member of the team, perhaps on sabattical would be a way to describe the position.

He'll be back and also can always be drafted in if needed.

Thanks for asking.
Best regards, John

Thanks for that, both Peter and John.
I was wondering only yesterday where he was.

Here I am! Thanks for wondering, Peter and Gwyn. Yes, other commitments have kept me away - I do look in now and again without logging in, but I haven't been able to devote anything like the sort of time I used to, but as John said, I'm here if required.

I'm still using Pentax, still running lots of workshops and private tuition, still working for Essex Wildlife Trust. It means I'm often working 12 days straight, if not more (think I did 16 days without a break earlier in the summer), so when I do have some spare time, it's devoted to the family, rather than you guys - sorry!

I'll try to be a more frequent visitor.

Nice to hear from you. But as you say, family first.
