What's wrong?

Can someone tell me why for the past number of days most of the topic appear 'Read' to me when clearly I have not read them? This is not the case with all the threads but the majority certainly appear like that (i.e. not bold). Your help would be appreciated. Cheers.

If you scroll to the bottom of a page you will find some options including Report Problem/Suggestion. Click this and it will take you to the report section. Please give as much specific detail as you can so IT can see where the problem lies.
