Ok, not the best photo technically but I wondered what you all thought he might be doing?

Selling crabs to the fishermen?

Taking his pets for a walk? (Poor things!) Nice shots.

(My partner is Namibian and told me as kids they used to tether grasshoppers on threads and keep them as 'pets' until they eventually died) :/

These crabs were being used to entice other crabs out of the sand...........they would send one down the hole and when the 'owner' chased it out they would catch the owner too............





Eventually, after they'd finish 'playing' the crabs were thrown back into the sea (still tethered)
