I give most of my event files away, the DLI association are glad to get pictures to use in their local mag or they may be used in the Rifles mag.
Our club also gets involved in local events and we supply files to the various organisations. Over the past few years we have held many exhibitions in venues from the Sage at Gateshead to local community centres.
Selected images are used in club competitions, but I have none on display at home.

Last event; Raising the Flag

This weekend;Armed Forces Day

The majority of my photographs end up being sold!

I have my personal collection that periodically get turned into postcards and limited/open edition prints.

I have numerous hard drives filled with images.

Jeanette, what macro lens do you have?

I have a Sigma 105mm. Why?
I have absolutley no idea why I asked you that as it has no relevance to your original post. I must have been having a mad moment

No problem I should really put it on the bottom of my posts somewhere. Do you add it as part of the signature?

If I was to list every bit of my photographic gear as a signature, it would probably take up half a page so no
I do have the Signa 105mm though and it's a truly amazing lens

Hi,
I had shot transparency film for over 30 years, So before going for my first DSLR i checked up on the requirements for Stock Photo Libraries so that i could help pay for my hobby, I now have over 3,000 images with more than one library and earn over £2,500 per year just by photographing whatever i choose and then filling a DVD with pic`s and popping it in the post once a month. costs about £1 for DVD and postage, The images keep on selling year in year out and i have no leg work to do!

Regards - Pete.

This is a form of courtship behaviour between photographers, I suspect.
