What Difference A Tide Makes

I've had two trips to Flamborough Head recently. The first it rained, hard, and the tide was out. Second sun shone with the tide in.
Tide out with K-1 and Sigma 17-35

Tide in with K-3ii and Sigma 50-150

Excellent shots...the second in particular...looks great LARGE.

Somewhere i've never been but looks well worth a visit.

Good comparison with great shots, Barrie. I enjoy photos which represent the more realistic action and power of the sea, as in your second one here, in which the breaking waves are almost audible!
